Also pulled a Sean May/ Raymond Felton dual GU #'d/50 out of a pack of 06-07 Hot Prospects- nice card :)

I sent in an expired hoops NPN to Topps and they sent it back telling me it was expired. I included a letter telling them I knew it was expired but I just bought the cards so I didn't know if they would/could do anything. They didn't.

I'd say don't waste your time, but maybe you'll have better luck than me.

I would send it in as Topps will no longer be making Basketball cards so I think your odds of getting somthing will be good.
