I've got to admit - I give a bit more grace to players that aren't from North America with english as their first language. I know some of their autos may look messy, but someone from their own country may know exactly what they are looking at. Cory- will-411

With the advent of private prep schools being the avenue many of these young men take to the NHL now, I wish their education would include a sports ethics class that could include discussion on the value of connection with fans and the relationship capital simply having a legible autograph...- will-411

It's interesting that they are doing the slab and the photograph database. I don't think it will impact the collectability of the cards at all - if people don't like the slabs, they can bust them out, but of course at the risk of losing provenance. I am a little worried about the quality...- will-411

Visiting the HHOF!
The HHOF is right on the subway line, which to be honest, isn't the best public transit system for city access, but it can get you quickly to the ROM, Queen's Park, etc. You may want to check to see if Toronto FC are playing while you're in town too. Are you looking for graded (high or low grade?) or ungraded? I can’t say I know anything about where to find vintage, but I’d start on eBay if looking for graded. I think getting your list together than sharing that in different forums will start to show you the paths to where the cards are...- will-411

Expo Bargain Bin Hunting
I do the same thing at the expo but as noted above - it's become much more scarce the last few shows - real estate is just too expensive for people to put out that type of stuff. I was buying cheap inserts on COMC and using those, but with tariffs... nope. Good luck to both of us in trying...- will-411

Yeah - you’ll get notified as they process them and you then set the price and mark them for sale. I like the system - I’d suggest though check how many of the card are already on there if you’re sending something somewhat common.- will-411

You can take your cards with you and even do the submission form right there at the booth with them helping you out. Super easy. Nite that if you leave anything in more than a penny sleeve that is in the basic tier of processing, they’ll charge you extra to remove the top loader. And yes, the...- will-411
