The true rookies are the Diamnd Relics /99. They are numbered (or lettered) the same way as the base. The Rookie Gems are inserts. As for Exquisite, I don't think any of the ones inserted in BD are the true rookies. Those will come later

Well that makes it easier on the wallet for me. I thought it was weird that one product could produce 3 RC's, glad I was wrong.

The jersey numbered exquisite will likely be looked upon as true rookies as well.
