08-9 Power Play Question.

Does anyone know why Upper Deck only released Power Play this year in a box set, and not in packs. I is kinda different to actually find a produced complete hockey set. I can't remember the last time a boxed set came out, probly the early 90's.

The Rookie classes have been comming out for the past 3 years and are boxed sets..

I think the last "set" was topps in 04.
