Yay! It's Release Day!

Today it's Parkhurst Champions, the 3rd installment of this revamped product

Not really for the better mind you, not enough Legends for me




This edition features retros from 1953-54 following 1951-52 and 1952-53 in the first 2 attempts

This year the 1953 retros all come in one Bonus Pack of 5 cards with 1 of those being the special parkie back

The 53s


The Parkie Giant Gum Back + you get 1 numbered card per box - I got the Shell Pink /99 parallel



Inserts - you get around 4 - 6






Atom Squad are 1:33 - Believe 1:22, Crease 1:11, Saturday 1:13 and Shake 1:17

Of course you get 1 silver per pack and 6 Rainbows per box - didn't bother scanning

Greats fall 1:17 again and 1 per box is too few IMHO for a product that was always Legend driven

Rookies fall 1:8 packs


The Box Hit is either an Auto, Memorabilia or Lenticular card (Lenticular are case hits)

My "hit" along with my other rookie



The rookie jerseys fall 1:120 but just feels like a miss to me

Not the best box - Celebrini RC is fine - won't make much back on this break

This product looks nice. Love the Parkies gum wrapper backs and the Crease Lightning inserts. Gotta pick some up!

I wish I had stopped at one box! Busted four and hit three basically worthless jersey cards and then an auto of Vince Dunn.

Will not be buying any more of this product. Not worth the price and doing the set would cost a fortune.

Save your money.

I love the 53-54 Retros, they remind me of the 01-02/02-03 Parkhurst Reprints set that I collected. For the rest, it’s not bad but I think that I prefer the 23-24 designs. Thank you for sharing your break.
