It's not duty - no duty is charged on cards. Could be differing costs for the Canadian stores. Or another thing for whatever reason. Cards are relatively overpriced at WalMart for the most part. I know I only dove in because of their touted hits that have come out of them

good to know and you know they have hits because so much is open there volume wise, you are bond to have hits here and there
