GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR ,

I'm SO FREAKING STEAMED!!!!!!!!!

This guy win's the auction over a Month ago!!! I leave him POS+++ feed back when i got his payment!

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140025751682

I hear NOT A THING from him. NO email nothing!!....And Bang!!!!! HE Gives me a Negative!!!!

WHAT &^$*%((#^@%$&* BIG JERK OFF!!!!!

Sorry guy's had to vent!!!

Just wanted to give you all a heads up...This guy's out to wreck your rating!!

And that, my friends... is reason #2 why I don't leave feedback for buyers until they leave it for me first. :(

Reason #1 is the idiots who file a Paypal chargeback without contacting you first about the situation.

Lesson learned the hard way!!

he said the card was scratched..was it?? he might have just looked at the toploader

That really blows. I know how you feel. I have over 12,000+ positives, but the one idiot who did the exact same thing to me still pisses me off. Anyway, Thanks for the heads up, I put the guy on my blocked bidder list. Mike

Drop a retaliatory negative on him. Then send him an eBay offer to retract the feedback for the transaction.

Already left him a Positive Feedback!

Card Was not scratched!!

And The Auction ended SEPT 9/06!!! It took him this long to notice a scatch that's not there!!

Here's my email reply to his Neg!
What the Heck!!!

You never contacted me in regards to this item to let me know there was a problem!I would have refunded your money!!! And to top it off you leave the feedback well after the Auction Date...And of corse after i leave you a Positive!!YOU SHOULD CONTACT THE SELLER BEFORE LEAVING NEGATIVE'S!!!!

AND i know that card was in mint...I pulled it from a pack my self!!!!

People like you Give eBay a Bad rep!

Thank's for nothing!

Hope you enjoy your Card!!

Here's his response:
Your arugement and reaction is exactly what I didn't want to have to deal with. How do I give Ebay a bad rep? By promptly paying and doing my part. Your claim of mint needs to be questioned. There was a scratch on the card from just behind the leg at waist level to the bottom. The only other way that I can see the card would get scratched, if it had not been already, was if there was some sort of grain inside the top-loader. I really didn't feel like getting into an arguement with you about the cards condition when it left your hands, lately I have bought a few cards that have come damaged and the seller blames it on the post office. This was not a roller mark or bend, it was a scratch. How do I benefit from leaving neg. feedback? I am out $8.00U.S. and the card is useless to me. Then to lose postage mailing it back? I apologize for not contacting but these days I save myself the stress of arguing. Feedback can be mutually withdrawn. Interested I take it?

Yeh! like that last Quote! --Interested I take it?

Unbelievable the crap people pull! It's like blackmail!!! This guy is definitely blocked from my e-bay!!! Sorry you had to deal/put up with this guy Sterling!
All of us here and on the other boards know that you're honest and on the up and up!
Shane

Now that's brutal... I've had issues with cards bent or scratched in the past, but I ALWAYS contact the sellers before leaving negative / neutral feedback. I think in the five years I've been on eBay I've only left negative twice... most buyers / sellers are willing to work it out.

I'm pretty sure you can revise your feedback level, or at least note an update to what you've already left. you should look into it. Good luck, eh?
