Folks,
Some additions to my PC yet again. Things are moving very slowly. Very glad with these ones.
First, a lot I purchased with a few extra Kharlamov oldies.
1972-73 Williams Hockey 72/73 50 Valerij Charlamov
1971-72 Williams Hockey 71/72 34 Valerij Charlamov
1970-71 Williams Hockey 70/71 322 Valerij Charlamov
I believe the 71/72 is my eight copy.
2006-07 ITG International Ice Teammates IT-19 V. Kharlamov / A. Maltsev 2 of 70
Too cheap to pass up. Love the Maltsev swatch.
Next, a random find I did at a flea market. Odd, since I never seem to make any great finds. I'm still waiting for that 20 kilo box with un-opened packs of 70's stickers and cards.
This one only cost me a tenner.
A Program for the 1969 World Championship. Very nice condition. Not a single word about Valeri, but he did play during this championship, his first. I am guessing he was a reserve and some player perhaps got injured before the tournament.
Finally, I am very glad to add these to my USSR Autograph collection, which has grown into a rather fine collection I might add.
From different sources, I've been told that Petrov was the person that signed least out of the USSR team. Thus I am glad to add these. Very very nice and clear signatures if I might add.
And lastly, one of the finest pieces I will ever own.
I can read most of the big-guns directly. Maltsev, Mikhailov, Ragulin, Tretiak, Firsov, Petrov. Gonna do some research. I know for a fact that the picture was taken for the 1969 World Championship held here in my hometown, Stockholm.
Almost forgot this guy.
Thanks for stopping by,
Vic
