Advice on PSA submissions from Canada

I'm looking to start a new project with PSA graded cards.

I have some cards that I would like to get graded by PSA, but being in Canada, I'm not sure how to go about doing that.

Has anyone had any success and/or failures when trying to get graded by PSA while in Canada? Are there special requirements or costs, like Beckett has? Is there a central location in Canada where submissions can be sent like SGC?

There is a guy here in Halifax that sends cards to PSA for customers. You can see his advertising in the Beckett mag...Platinum Sportscards. Very trustworthy individual and easy to deal with
