It looks like the remnants of a destroyed card to me. Like a 2003-04 Ultimate Memorabilia auto that was wrecked somehow, so a previous owner destroyed the card around it and salvaged the autograph. That's the only ITG set I can think of where the players autographed a white sticker that looks like that.

Yep! that's the second one I've seen as well. And no it's not a re listing of the first one as I still have that in my collection. I'm told mine was pack pulled but I can't remember at which store.

Yes it is. The In The Game stamps run horizontally on 7 rows throughout the sticker.
