Hey there,
Long story short, received my first negative feedback today in over 800 transactions.
Long story long, I sold about 40 cards on ebay a little over a month ago. Less than a week after payment had been sent, the buyer emailed me asking where the card was. I responded with how it had been sent out the day after I received payment. Two days later, the same buyer asks if I had a tracking number for his package (which is clearly stated in the auction description that a tracking number will be provided only on cards where $10 shipping is used). He chose the $3.00 shipping. Back and forth with the obvious - there is no tracking number, I sent the card, etc. - to one month after, he demanded that his card arrive or I give him a tracking number or he'll file a paypal chargeback. He filed the paypal chargeback to which I had no way of responding to - won his money back - and then left me negative feedback. So I got screwed 3 times - I lost the card, I lost the money, and now I have negative feedback to tarnish my reputation.
So in all fairness, maybe he didn't get the card. But I sent it - and he claimed he never got it. It just seems weird to me that the ONLY person in the entire batch that asked about where his card was after a week in a cross border transaction turned out to be the only one that never got their card.
