Anyone know what this Jr. card is?

It isn't mine, a guy I deal with has it and was wondering if I could find out anything about it, so I thought I would post it and see if anyone knows what it is. Scans aren't the best. Said he pulled them from something, can't remember what though.

Shawn I have never seen it before. Is there a year somewhere on it. May be a promotional card.

Those were from a card found in sunglasses. You could get a regular one or a signed one. I dont know of these ever being pack cards.
