Great article and a humble kid. John is a great role model for kids everywhere wanting to play in the NHL when they get older. My son and I were fortunate to meet John about 20 times and watch him mature as a player and a person while with the Gens.

I'm bias but I'm going to predict 35 goals and 45 assists.

I hope John silences the doubters, brings the Islanders a little respect and helps get the Light House deal approved with the increased season ticket sales and higher attendance.

He brought alot of HOPE and OPTIMISM to the Generals every year and I know he'll have the same effect on the Island.

good to hear these good things about tavares unfortunately the lighthouse projects future is not so bright.

i think if he plays well about 80-90 points if he plays not so good 40-50 points.
