Does anyone know if the 05/06 UD Rob Blake Game Jersey exists?

Does it? I've seen just about every other card in this set either in person, pulled, offered to me, or whatever. I even went to UD.com and on their checklist is says photo not available for this card only. Does anyone know for sure if is does or doesn't exist? That way I can either keep it on my wantlist, or strike it off. Thanx
