eBay seller no longer registered...?

I've had non-paying buyers go NARU on me, and I just file a claim to get my final value fees back. This time though, I bought a card from francinep6631. I just noticed that this seller is no longer registered on eBay. When I click on the listing link, I get a page saying the listing has been removed, or is not available.

Any suggestions on what I can do? I'm hoping the seller will still send me the card, but if he doesn't is there anything I can do?

Not much you can do if he/she doesn't send the card except file a claim through Paypal and hope the seller hasn't emptied their account and pocketed your cash

If you paid by Paypal, you can file a claim & I would file it as soon as possible. I had the same thing happen to me a couple of months ago. Paypal asked for a tracking number and the seller provided one so that held things up. When the tracking number turned out to be bogus I got my money back from Paypal. I try to give sellers the benefit of the doubt, but with so many scam artists on the net sometimes you have to file a claim right away to protect yourself.

I got lucky and the seller went unregistered before I paid. If it's a small purchase paypal should give you your money back.

I also hit a couple BIN from the same seller yesterday and was going to hit another today. That is when I found out they went NARU. They have great feedback so my guess which could be wrong is they owned ebay some $ for listing and have not paid yet. I did not pay yet. Did you sent them a email asking what is up? I did but waiting for a response.

I won an auction from him last week and noticed he had gone NARU, but the card showed up in perfect order this afternoon. He may have been temporarily NARU'ed due to fees owed to Ebay. I'd give it a few days.

i also purchased from this seller. Started a paypal claim just in case. Seller contacted me to say cards were shipped. So i will play the waiting game for now. JZ
