I’m freshly new at ePack, pardon my ignorance.
I was able to acquire a card, then tried to ship it. When I went into shipping options, the site gave me 2 options: ship to COMC or ship to my home.
I know the COMC option works, but thought I would try the “ship to my home” option. I had to select the method (cheap and slow or costly and fast), entered card value, etc and even paid right away with PP….within an hour I got a PP refund without explanation. Then I went back to epack and has shown my shipment is “pending” for days now. The card no longer shows in my collection.
I plan on contacting ePack but does anyone have experience with this?
