2003-04 ITGU is one at least.

That was the one I was thinking about, just love that set. May be some sooner though, drawing a blank.

UD Foundation was using these labels too. They were nice looking.

I think 2002-03's SP Game Used and SPX had signatures through a window on (probably) a separate card. I think 2003-04 ITG Products (ITGU, Parkhurst, BAP Memorabilia) were my first exposure to sticker autos.

I think we had this discussion a few years back and our consensus seemed to be UD Foundations because there's no distinction on "sticker" if you're looking at the difference between an Avery label and a clear sticker. They're still both adhesives stuck to the card lol

Yeah UD just integrated it really well. The only way I've ever been able to tell is that I've seen some autographs that came on really thin stock and you can see wording printed underneath them.
