These things are very popular, and even with that I've been able to make a bit of inventory. I sell these to the general public for $35usd delivered in North America. A volume discount could be available, but it would require to you to purchase a minimum of 4 of these.
For Hobby Insider members only, I will make these available for $30usd each, shipping to North America included. I'm not sure how long I will offer this price (depending on popularity).
I have a Google site created that shows all of the cards already existing (cases are not included), however, you will need a google account in order to view it. If you have an account, please PM me with your email addy and I will add you as a viewer.
Here are some examples, of which a few have sold. I will work up a text list of the cards in my inventory.
