I have this card available for sale or trade (prefer to sell, I will ask a slight premium on a trade). Last one on eBay sold for $108 USD on Sept. 15th, I'll take $105 USD dlvd w/ tracking in Canada, add $5 if in U.S.. I am firm on that price so please don't ask for my 'best price', this is it.
