Help i got ripped off EBAY!!

Ok so last month i bought a johnathan toews puck auto for 23 dollars and i messaged the guy asking if he sent it he saiud yes the card is on the way well i accidintally erased it from my WON folder and now i cant remember the seller's id so is there anything i can do (bet he feels tough rippin off some kid)

Did you pay with paypal? If so check your activity list and open a dispute for the card (if it hasnt been over 45 days since payment)

or you can look up completed listings, when you find the listing you won here should be an information bar saying what you can do next, (leave feedback, message, etc) And drop a negitive on his @$$!!!

ok thanks i found the transaction and his feedback is still good i think this has to do with lost mail here i hope he makes it right thx for the input
