DHL delivers a package to me yesterday from UD, I'm assuming it's was my Lupul/Perry spa dual auto, and they try and slap me with a $15 brokerage charge. I didn't accept the package and called UD customer service. I was only on hold for about 3 minutes when I got through to somebody and was told that UD covers all expenses when they ship the package so DHL was basically trying to milk a little extra out of me. Anyways, now it has to go back to UD and be re-sent which is going to take probably another two months and then I have to hope DHL doesn't charge me again. Yay me.
