I know checking pop reports on Beckett is free but is it free to check out PSA pop reports?

I'm pretty sure you have to be a member to access the pop report. BGS/BVG is free though....

The last time I checked it was a members only view.
When yahoo was hosting auctions, you could see the population report via them prior to posting a auction for a PSA graded item.
