Is there a better way to get ahold of Panini?

For the past 3 days I have been calling the customer service number, and nobody answers. I've tried multiple times, different times of day. Is there a better way to get in touch with somebody over there about replacing redemptions?
 
Had a problem with missing redemption code 2 days ago, and got ahold of a lady named Mercedes---she manual entered my query, and in four months will have my auto. I concur with vegas, just keep trying.
 
As is always true in life, try to get a hold of somebody for a few days in a row with no success, post to see if there is a better option, call again 15 minutes later and get somebody on the horn right away...figures, but he was easy to deal with and cleaned up my outstanding redemptions, so that was cool.
 
I just called. Took 30 seconds for someone to answer. She took my name and said she would personally make sure my outstanding redemptions would be sent out today. The call took a total of 2 minutes :)
 
I've only ever called once and they literally answered the phone before it even rang on my end and I was helped immediately.
 
I just got a response to one of my questions to them on Twitter, regarding Grabovski redemptions. If it's a small, general question, that could work.
 
Wish I had all you guys luck!!!!

One thing is for certain - do not bother leaving a voicemail or an email.

Oh well - try again after the 1st of the year.
 
I called this afternoon and got someone on the phone. Simply asked them to send replacements for all my Scratching the Surface autographs. Bring on the junk....
