For the past 3 days I have been calling the customer service number, and nobody answers. I've tried multiple times, different times of day. Is there a better way to get in touch with somebody over there about replacing redemptions?
if you call after 1:00 PM CST, you may be fortunate enough to get ahold of Terry Martin. she is a part-time receptionist there that solved my last redemption woes within a day.
Had a problem with missing redemption code 2 days ago, and got ahold of a lady named Mercedes---she manual entered my query, and in four months will have my auto. I concur with vegas, just keep trying.
As is always true in life, try to get a hold of somebody for a few days in a row with no success, post to see if there is a better option, call again 15 minutes later and get somebody on the horn right away...figures, but he was easy to deal with and cleaned up my outstanding redemptions, so that was cool.
I just called. Took 30 seconds for someone to answer. She took my name and said she would personally make sure my outstanding redemptions would be sent out today. The call took a total of 2 minutes
I called this afternoon and got someone on the phone. Simply asked them to send replacements for all my Scratching the Surface autographs. Bring on the junk....
