First time this has every happenned to me.My list of blocked bidders is directly connected to what I see here on HI.So I was shocked to actually have someone finally bid on an item of mine that was blocked.I checked back here on HI and I find he is someone who thought that insurance for the seller was a rip off.Just wondering how the rest of you reply to people you have blocked when the reason may not have directly involved you.
Thanks,Winston.:)

Winston, sometimes a reply is not necessary

I was thinking the same thing...how do I reply? I don't. My blocked bidder list is created from personal experience and from what I get from HI. I don't care if you found you some religion and are walking the straight and narrow, I don't want to deal with you any more.

Actually, regardless I offer a reply especially if it's related to someone else's misfortune. I think it important to let these chowderheads know that people keep track of that kind of asshattery, and that it has real consequences - however minor they may be.

My personal opinion is you should reply politely as to why they are blocked. If you have no intention of allowing them to bid, why not let them know? If they have excellent feedback (keeping in mind the incident that led them to being blocked of course), could you allow them to bid if you feel comfortable?
