leaf redemption question

Hi All

A couple of weeks ago, i redeemed a 2018 leaf ultimate game used/auto Sergei Fedorov, that i pulled in a box and a few group breaks.




Today, out of the blue, i get an envelope from Leaf with a note stating they they could not fulfill the request and sent me a replacement.





im feeling somewhat underwhelmed, first that i was hoping for a fedorov, but i understand things happen, but second, i get a replacement that didnt have a relic in it and/or is not numbered like the Fedorov would have been.

Am i wrong for feeling this way? Or am i wrong?

Personally, I'd be a little bummed too, but I have a feeling a Leaf rep would agree. They seem to be good about stuff like that.

That Selanne would be a hot item for some though!

Bob, Gregg from Leaf is on here all the time, in fact he was earlier today. Maybe shoot him a PM (LeafGregg) and he may have an explanation for you.

The Selanne auto is pretty awesome but I'd be upset too. That's a 18-19 product that just released, why does it have redemptions that can't be fulfilled in it at all? Understandable if it was an 17-18 product, but it just released on the 3rd of this month, hope they care of you.

This is a odd to me!I'll find out what happened. We are waiting for the Fedorov signatures to come back from Russia. That redemption is still alive and well!

You can either keep the Selanne you received, or return it and when the Fedorov cards are ready you'll receive the card listed on the redemption. Sorry for any confusion. Someone mistook an older Fedorov redemption that we are changing out for this new Ultimate.
