I just got back from work to see a surprise on these boards (and I honestly don't blame some of the comments, but some of them are a NO NO.)
Well, when I got back from a spur of the moment mini vacation, I had intended on delighting everyone with my new favorite card that I had recieved before I left. Now that I see people are trying to come after me (and rightfully so to be honest) I might have to save it for a while.
Anyway, let me give you a little backround of myself. I'm an 18 year old male, from IL. Brodeur is my favorite player. At one point I worked 3 jobs, racking up at total of 40-45 hours. Recently one of my jobs (local card shop) closed down, so now I only work 35-40 hours a week. I make VERY good money for an 18 year old.
I also attend DeVry University in IL. I am currently enrolled in 15 credit hours a week. Basically, when I'm not at school, I'm at work. If I'm not at work, I'm at school. I have a job during the day when I have school at night, and I have a job during the night when I have school during the day.
Alot of times when you see me on the boards, I'm either A) At work, or B) At school. If you don't know what DeVry is, it's a tech school, so there are computers EVERYWHERE.
Now that you have a little bit of backround knowledge about myself, I'd like to share with you what went wrong.
I had given my boss(es) notice that I wanted this week off probably about a month or so ago. (Around the time I started my newest job, I told him during the interview) They both OK'd it since it was plenty of time in advance. Me and my grandfather are huge golf nuts, we try to play atleast once a week, but that's REALLY hard with all of my other priorities.
Anyways, well, two weeks before my time off from work, (Which initially was supposed to be a golf vacation with my grandpa in Michigan, we were going to stay with some family friends) he ended up hurting his knee on the golf course (He never gave me details nor did I ask, just assuming he stepped wrong somehow, maybe comming out of a bunker or maybe stepping half in a hole in the ground from an animal). He can barley walk now, he's been sitting at home since he injured himself. So, what fun is a golf vacation in Michigan without golf? Well, ZERO .
Anyway, without work, and I had already talked to my professors about missing those days, my best friend called me and asked me if I wanted to hang out by him. At the time, I was thinking for a night or two, and as you can see, it went for quite some time. Believe it or not, he does NOT have the internet (yes, it's very sad, I know), he does have a computer, but that's for like schoolwork.
I'm sorry that you fellow traders were not the first thing to pop in my head, and especially since I was only planning on a night or two, I felt that you'd all live without me, but I guess I was wrong. I should have notified everyone of the situation.
Don't worry, I know, either way, with this mini crazy vacation or not, the cards would have made their way to you late, and that's not acceptable. I'm not looking for someone to post, oh Matt, It's okay. I understand the responsibility and the trust needed to make these boards a great place.
Truth of the matter is, inbetween work, school, homework, and just life in general, I don't have time for this stuff at this point in my life.
Don't worry guys, I know I have ALOT of pending (basically, me just sending to you) trades, and you are VERY unhappy. I would be also, and I'm not going to make any excuses. I'm just too **** busy, and on that note, I'm done trading for now.
I did not try to do a disapearing act and steal your cards or money, that's not even fun to joke about, although once again, I see your reasoning and your points.
Let me go over some of the things that have come to my attention.

Remember when I said I was in desperate need of money and I might sell of the Brodeur collection if need be? Well, that's still the case, I'm currently dealing with a 5 figure (00,000 for an example)dilema. The bad part is, I don't know if I'm going to have to pay it yet, or what's going to happen, it's in the law's hands. This might sound crazy, but I've been spending money like crazy because I can't deal with the thought of getting screwed out of 5 figures due to a past problem. I constantly spend and spend because I don't know what to do with myself.
No, I'm not looking for therapy, just wanted to clear roomers, also people were saying I used that line just to get money for the National, also NOT the case.

(Yes, I know where you are comming from, I'm just replying to your posts on the thread of Matt Chlopek hate.) Remember when you first joined this site? It wasn't too long ago when you were a newb here. I helped you with ALOT of things. You asked me for advice on how much to sell things for, you asked me what's fair on this situation, I even made you a photobucket account so I can help you upload pics onto the internet. I had messaged you on Yahoo! that I had recieved your M.O. If I was such a dirty guy, would I even care to tell you that I recieved it, I think they'd snatch and run.

I actually came back last night around midnight, and was dead tired. Although, I did stay up much later, watched some TV, browsed on the internet, I did not see the thread fullbag had started. I worked today from open to close, therefore I was unable to try to explain myself earlier today.

Anyway, here are some hints for you guys to also think about (so you know this is legit) If you PM'd me on one of the "other sites" you should notice that since I was unable to read your messages, they should still be marked as unread or unconfirmed.
For those of you that know my AIM or Yahoo! name. Did you notice that I was NEVER on those services over the last couple of days? EDIT: on AIM I have like 75+ buddies, I'm sure I wouldn't avoid my real life friends because of me being a scammer on these boards... If I was on AIM, that's because my mother tried to get on for work, I'm lazy and I save my password and have auto log in enabled, so you might have seen me for 15 seconds max.
Anyways, like I said, feel free to ***** me out, I'm done trading here, but will still stand with trades that are pending/awaiting me to send. If you see me, it will be on the hobby boards, or buying. Sorry.
