I remembered seeing a thread a lil while ago with people asking about tix for the draft. Heres some info for you guys

Tickets are available TODAY ONLY from 9am to 5pm by registering on http://www.canadiens.com

tickets are available on a first come first served basis.

I was late signing up, but here is hoping I get a pair.

yea. I usually have that problem too, I always remember something until the day it arrives and then forget it. luckily today I had to wake up and answer the door just after 9.00 so I got on and filled in the form at 9.10. here's hoping for some tickets.

also a question to anyone who's been the the draft before: What is the UD Redemption like? I heard about it on the radio, but it was kinda vague. anyone who can shed some light, it would be great.

Last year it was this:

Glad to help - they've also got a neat little contest there at the Habs' site for picking the pick. I personally think the first-rounder will be traded much as it was last year, so who is good for the middle of round two?

You get a set of 10 cards...well, it could be 9, and you might get doubles. There also might be some problems with the corners and edges. But if you have any problems, you can write to Upper Deck. Rumors are they will be replacing Draft cards with damaged Gilbert Brule Victory rookies.

I had to lol at that one. so true!

just an update: I did not get tickets, and I registered at 9.06 est. From what I'm hearing the tickets were "sold out" in 2 minutes. thats pretty flippin' fast. Better luck next time I guess.
