SABRES -Open Camp and Reveal 3rd jersey...20th Sept!

Attended the SABRES opening Scrimmage / Camp Day today. After a couple periods of Scrimmage ,the BUFFALO SABRES revealed their 3rd jersey for the 2008-09 sason. As a die-hard SABRES fan,I am not impressed by the jersey but some of the prospects looked good on ice.
Follwoing the reveal the SABRES held a signing session with players,very nice experince though very hard to get all.
Andrew Peters was the highlight of the day as we discussed his past summer wedding and remebered my son and I from a summer fund raiser for a local wounded soldier.

RE: September--yes--just woke up from nap--so mind is catching up...
The piping is horrible.As for the "early leak"-I did not pay attention or catch that story--so today was the first for me to see. Still don't like.

How did Enroth look?? I am looking forward to seeing him in Portland this year. Between him and Denis the goalie position should be strong. Also how did Gerbe look. Small and fast?

Lamine looked good ,though there were a few goals he could have used his size as an advantage;instead went to the butterfly and got beat top shelf.I talked to him during the signings and he seems excited to be here,which tobe makes for a good mental confiedence ina goalie,whcih equates to good play. I wished him well and told him it was good to have him here(am a fan since his Pitsburgh days..).
The goalie with Nike pads is Dennis ,that is his Amricans/SABRES helmet.

I have no problem with Lalime. He is good enough to be a starting goalie as long as the defense helps him out. I can't remember his play style enough to comment on it, since he was on the Senators. He is definately way better for me to believe in them than Thibault. I just knew when he was signed that the team was doomed, forget about that shutout he had...
