Score French Backs?

Definitely more rare than the victory blacks, at least of recent years. I would think these would be out of 5-10, not 25-100.

I just took a quick look on ebay and the price of the commons ranges from 5-$10 for completed auctions so I don't think they are THAT rare. Your Sid is most likely a $20 card at most.

Given that there has been only 5 completed auctions so far, I wouldn't draw too many conclusions about prices. Even I'd pay at least $20 for the Sid.

I just bought the Craig Anderson for $19.00 dlvd. I was very happy with that price because it may be the only one that will ever surface.

These are a lot harder to tell apart from the regular card than either of the Blank Back or Victory Black and many of these will stay in common boxes for a long long time.

There are barely any completed auctions. A common at $5-10 is a Crosby at $60-80 easy.

Thanks for the info guys. Ive had alot of intrest in the cards latley. Ive also been keeping my eye out on ebay for a crosby to surface. But havent seen any around at all.

Luckily for me there is another Subban on ebay so Ill be able to judge the value of mine. Not many completed auctions for rookies.

Well, speaking to Al at the Expo, he didn't confirm the number but he was telling folks who asked that "you don't need two hands to count how many of each card there are". With my super power "deduction" in action, that means 5 or less copies of each.

$20 for a Crosby? All day long. There was ONE copy of the Crosby in the room at the Expo all weekend and homeboy wanted $250 for it.

WOW! Well 3 Subbans have been pulled, two on ebay, one with me. Odd to see 3 of 5, must mean alot of score is getting cracked. Wish they just announce the print run!

No number was given...just a clue. It's a mass produced set with a nice little Easter egg inserted for fun.

5...10...doesn't really matter. It's added value to a product that already has tons of it given the price point. The funny part was seeing who did and who didn't know about it and even further was finding out who actually knew what made the cards "French version".
