Well this is some exciting news, I wonder how much he's really going to be involved. Could this be a shot over Tallon's bow that if he doesn't clean up the mess he made recently, he might be looking for employment elsewhere?

The Hawks just keep getting better and better. I think we have a real contender in our midst. Great news for the windy city and the NHL, which will benefit from a strong team in Chicago.

Sweet news! Those Hawks keep the momentum rolling. I had wondered why somebody hadn't picked up Bowman sooner - being the legend that he is. So he'll be the Senior Advisor of HO. Good hockey mind to be up in the front office. Great job to the Hawks for getting him in their organization.

I don't think Tallon's job is really in trouble. He brought in some marketable players which I'm sure Wirtz and McDonagh liked, and he's only a couple million over the cap. He'll be able to take care of that by training camp.
But it's really going to benefit the Hawks having Bowman in their front office...There's no one better to have as an advisor in this league than him.

The Hawks continue to attract talent.....both on and off the ice. Cups follow Bowman where ever he goes. He is a proven winner. The Hawks better be careful or they might have a potential Cup champion team in their city........
