Howdy. Still alive and well. Not much happening for me on the card front these days, but got the itch a few weeks ago and decide to order some wax.
Normally I order Retail OPC or Black Diamond since I prefer quantity over quality in general when it comes to breaking, but decided to go for something else this time around.
Parkhurst was brutal, but this lovely fellow popped up at the end and somewhat rescued the massacre. As that wasn't enough, most of the packs had at least one card completely dinged.
Kovalchuk Rookie /500
Apart from that, another crappy rookie and a gold parallel of Elias. Some Reprints. The HSHS redemption cards were pretty much the highlight. Stunning cards.
Moving on to Update.
Nothing spectacular, but a fun break overall. Some Masks (incl. three Silver /300), Ruby's, Sapphire's, Signature Series Autographs (incl. three regular of Mark Rycroft :crazy: - That were among the first four I pulled, it was quite funny, and if that wasn't enough, a gold parallel was pulled later on) and these:

To my surprise, these two popped up at the end:

My favorite pull came around the midway mark,
2001-02 BAP Update Signature Series Autograph Gold 233 Pavel Datsyuk
Not much to write home about value-wise, but I had a blast. Everything is available, but I will probably hang on to the Russian boys.
