SP Authentic Box Break - Need Advice

I picked up a box of this at the shop today. I was excited about some of the nice pulls I had seen and I love the By The Letter AU/Patches. I'll do this in reverse order (best to worst). You'll see why in a minute.

First:
Andruw Jones SOTT AU 75/75

Next:
Josh Willingham BTL AU/Patches /75

Last and certainly least:
Emiliano Fruto Rookie Sig. AU /899 **SMUDGED**

Anybody know how good UD customer service is, and will they replace this?
How & Who do I contact?

Any help appreciated.

nice break except for that smudge sorry i can't help you as far as UD customer service goes because i ahve never had to deal with them.

my one experience with UD trying to get a smudged auto replaced did not end well.

they were quite sorry for the poor quality but the card was not physically damaged and the sig is in place...blah blah.

i did not get a replacement but perhaps you'll have better luck if you try.
don't have their number on hand, but you can get it on the UD site. i'd try calling rather than email. be prepared to wait, but I've had better luck calling than waiting on email correspondence.
