In a nut shell... a 1/2 case of 11/12 sp authentic basketball did not yield what it was supposed to and Kenney from imperial garden sports collectibles took the issue up with UD and today (some year later) I received a Michael Jordan home court signatures. So thank-you Kenney and upper deck.
