I think Topps Replacement Program is pretty good in my book. I opened 6 boxes of 2010 Topps Chrome Football and several cards were damaged or defective from either the dealer or from Topps' packaging "themselves" but I know it happens.
I went to Topps.com site and checked out their exchange/replacement program for damaged cards and I had to give the receipt for the product along with pack wrappers, the UPC and actual cards. I didn't have a receipt since I purchased the boxes at a card show and busted them right there in the lobby. Threw away the wrappers and just put the cards back in the boxes and went home. I only submitted the UPCs on several of the boxes and in just 7 days with Certified mail, I got my 16 cards back and a bonus card from Topps.com
