Bidder pays with Paypal on Feb 20th. I ship the item with delivery confirmation on Feb 21st.

Bidder contacts me today saying that he didn't receive the item yet because his "old" address is on file with Paypal. Delivery confirmation tracking shows that it was undeliverable and being returned to sender. So naturally, he files a Paypal claim due to non-receipt. However, he puts in the comments that he wants me to re-send the card to his "new" address.

Yeah... so you file a claim to get your money back and you want me to send you the card anyway to the new address. Like that's gonna happen.

Thank goodness this was a domestic transaction.

I highly recommend you block this person.

would he actually win his claim? I mean it is a persons own responsibility to have the correct address on file. If he cancels the file with paypal send...if not don't and relist
