Why do people have to be like this??

So I sold (on ebay) a Joe Mullen ITG Superlative card http://cgi.ebay.com/10-ITG-SUPERLAT...ading_Cards&hash=item3eff64361f#ht_500wt_1154 The card auction ended on May the 8th, the buyer pays me by paypal on May the 11th and then proceeds to send me this message today "I paid for this card 10 days ago. Where is the card. Please respond
immediately. Thanks." WTF???? The buyers ebay ID is hockeyframe. As everyone knows, shipping from Canada to the USA can take as little as 5 days or as much as 30 days!! What does everyone else do in this situation? I shipped the card on the 12th and I have never had a negative feedback because I ship so promptly and the cards usually arrive in a fast manner. I replied back to hockeyframe stating the facts that the item was only paid 6 days ago (2 of which happen to fall on a weekend) and that shipping to the states can take up to 25 days!

I have had this happen. It is one of the reasons I am reluctant to sell on the Bay. There seems to be very little protection for the seller these days. I did what you did, explained that shipping can take weeks and that some patience can be useful. Unfortunately, you might not get a helpful response. Sorry you have to deal with this.
