2012 - Designer of the Year
Oh God Ambigous Title!!
Hi folks. Just here to show off some of the amazing kindness the boards have shown me recently.
First off though, I got this in from Oasis, almost halfway through the SPGU Set;
I've got a Lot more comin' in soon. So excited.
Next up is a "deal" I made with Frank, AKA Matt, AKA IISK8RII, AKA The Trader Formerly known as Frank, AKA Prince Pirate PickleBunny, AKA Sean Combs, AKA God knows what else. I had sent him a Kadri RC from Artifacts and he was nice enough to send me a smathering of Avs inserts, including these;
As well as a card I inquired about earlier;
The Berkhoel is special to me, since during the 04-05 Lockout, both Tyler Weiman and Adam Berkhoel won Championships for the CO Eagles and DU Pioneers Respecatbly, so I had a tough time deciding if my Player PC was going to be Weiman or Berkhoel. I eventuall decided Weiman, but Berkhoel will hold a place in my PC for years. Thanks!!
Next up, From Joel Carry. He showed off some nice cards from this year's Cup, and while I'm not a fan of a lot of the designs, the one card I did like he had, the Hejduk Stanley Cup Signatures. I asked about it, and he was nice enough to send it to me;

Next up are two cards from DJSports. I helped him with a project for his class, and in return he sent some of his Stewart PC he recently broke up.
I love how Stewart's Auto looks like a dirty word. :evil: I'd be pissed if I was an athlete and had to sign something that small, haha. Thanks again Shawn!!
Next up, the reason for the Corny title. I did some work for Mas.Mbl, and he was nice enough to send a little package. I wasn't expecting much, but, well, I'll describe what I said when I opened it;
"Oh, nice. Wonder what's inside...-Pulls out pack- Let's see...first card..."
"Wow, nice. I like this set, pretty neat. What's the one behind it?"
"Score! I've never had this card, this'll fit in well with my Sakic PC. Hmm. What's this last one touch? A jersey card? No, it's too thick, it almost looks like a pa-...."

So many thanks again Mas.MBL, This card will never leave my collection, and is possibly the cornerstone of it. Many, MANY thanks again!!
