Time to fire TM - he has taken this team as far as he can. He taught them how to play a solid defensive game but no matter what DL gives him his system can't generate any offense.
It will be a total waste of a season if DL doesn't do something soon. TM has ruined too many offensive players and he is doing it again with Penner. Time to move on and get someone that understands how to generate offense in today's game.
