With Brassard and Moore now gone the Jackets have no 1st round picks remaining from their 1st 10 drafts. That pretty much sums up everything when it comes to how this team has been managed since joining the league.

So it's essentially:
Rangers get: Nash, Brassard, Moore, Dorsett and a 6th
Jackets get: Gaborik, Dubinsky, Erixon, Anisimov, and a 1st which will be a lottery pick if NYR miss the playoffs.

That's exactly what I meant. It IS a good thing. Simply saying that with all those top 10 picks they had (Filatov, Zherdev, Brule) and not one of them amounted to anything. Hopefully things will finally turn around.
