If yer gonna try to build a complete set, make it a small one hahahahaa.

After FINALLY sorting, scanning and inventory-ing my last card (15,675 grand total if you're wondering) I discovered that I was two inserts and one jersey card shy of a complete 2000/01 Pacific McDonald's set. So I bought 'em.

I won't bother with the base silver set, let's cut straight to the blue parallels........

And then............inserts!!

Net Fusions

Dial-A-Stats

Crown Rookie Die-Cuts. Patrik Stafan, God love 'im...........

Checklists

And last................ the jerseys!!!!! When I started buying the jerseys they were running me up to $100 apiece, those were the days eh? WE WERE ALL GONNA BE RICH OFF OUR INVESTMENTS!!!!!!

Then someone found all the unreleased jerseys and flooded the market, so the last one, Peter Forsberg, cost me a whopping $35 CDN. Sighhhhh.

They look nice tho. And I know who the players are, at least hahhaahaa.

And that's the whole thing :)

That is awesome!

I was a manager at McDonalds at the time this set was release. Actually won a jersey card in a corporate hockey pool.

Still have the weird original snap case it was send in too.

The best was they did nothing to hide the different thickness of the dial-a-stat cards so when you would get the packs out when people bought them you instantly knew.

Congrats on completing the master set!

Was the snap case super-thin, basically the size of the card plus a millimeter on each side? That's what Forsberg came in :D

That was one of my favourite McD sets. Loved the Blue Parallels and the Dial-A-Stats. Very innovative design

Congrats on putting it all together!

Love, love, LOVE.

Those Blue parallels bring back memories. Pretty sure I made a killing selling those to set builders at the flea market, back in the day.
