Help with this Ovechkin card

A friend of mine has this card. He is asking me to help identify it. I am of no help what so ever. So I thought that maybe someone here could help.Maybe the year and the product it came from. Thanks.

I don't think it's from an actual set. It looks like an art card that someone has created. Typically if it's an art card released from a card company , information would appear on the back.

That is what I told him.I felt it was someone's attempt at making a card. He was concerned with value,I told him that in my opinion that it has little monetary value. But for an Ovechkin collector than someone may buy it just to have something different in their PC.

This seller seems to have a similar piece of LeBron James. It came with a CoA saying it's by an artist of the name of Jonathan D. Gordon. Auto looks the same as the Ovechkin card above. Perhaps it came with a similar CoA that was misplaced?

Card Looks nice but it Must be a custom Made Card. Never came across That Card during my ebay and google picture search during the Last couple of years. Finding the Signature in the Right bottom of the Card underlines That Theses. What i Would like To know is if the Card is a 1/1 or a Print. Has it structure of the painting Job (like the Original masterpieces Subset of ud Ultimate years ago?)
