Swatch Detectives please help

Could it come from the arm patch Lighting logo that is on the upper shoulder. It looks like the state of Florida is a lighter shade of blue.

Can't be the shoulder logo with the lightning bolt through the state of florida as it doesn't coincide with the black (it's a predominately white/grey patch), nor is the blue that light on it.

They also don't match any of the all star game jerseys he played in.

As an aside how does a non-auto card get banged up so much? That's ridiculous. It looks like they played catch with the card
 
Unless someone has a definitive answer, I'd chalk this up as an error card...I don't think there's even an old TB jersey he might have worn in a photo shoot with that color.
 
Have they had any special crests that don't otherwise match? A Stanley Cup crest perhaps? A memorial crest? Some other one-off kinda deal?
 
I'm 99% positive that it came off the center crest of the dark blue Thrashers jersey, either that or the shoulder patch.
