I'm setting up at my first show in almost 30 years and have no idea what I'm doing nor do I have any of the typical equipment, like a showcase. I looked online for something suitable but it was all so expensive! So I wandered over to Ikea for ideas and found these picture ledges for $10 a piece. They're quite long and have a groove cut into them to hold frames, so I cut 2 in half and used leftover scraps to create a base to hold them together. It ain't pretty, but at $20 it'll do.

Here's what it looks like filled up:

Looks pretty good to me! Thanks for sharing and good luck at the show!

Thanks, I don't have many showcase worthy items, so I've put the bulk of my prep into dollar boxes, but it's baseball & basketball heavy, not sure how that'll fly in Calgary.
