I do not like Fanatics taking over Topps and I have almost stopped buying any of the products they put out. Value for the price is not there. Back in the day I would by a jumbo box of the base Topps set, series one, two, and update and I would get the complete set in one jumbo but with Fanatics, now when you buy a jumbo, I have ended up from 30 to 45 cards short of the set. Business decision on their part to make you buy more product. So I have said enough, not going to do those sets anymore.
So if I actually quit buying Topps/Fanatics baseball wax, I wanted to pick up five packs of 2025 Allen Ginter to complete a page in one of my baseball books for AG mini cards.
Stopped by the local and they didn't have any boxes opened of Allen Ginter for pack out but they agreed to open a new box so I could get my five packs and the five mini cards I needed to complete my mini page.
Four packs in and hit a Chrome Roger Maris and a silver Jackie Robinson plus the four minis. One more pack to choose to get that one last mini card to fill out the plastic page.
Hit a nice mini but this card was in front of it!
If this is the last pack of baseball I buy, went out on a high, even if I did not like Bonds as a player
