Can anyone get an email through to Panini CS?

I have tried a couple of times to send emails to 3 different addresses and after a day or so it comes back as undeliverable. These email addresses came from someone who recently had success with replacements so they were working.

Just wondering if anyone has had luck getting through?

I only have one outstanding redemption and I only redeemed it because it was past the expire date so I am not in a hurry or really care if/when I get something was just more curious since you cannot seem to generate support via their site.

Just wanted to bump this and see if anyone was able to supply some contact information.

I checked my account and realized I have an unredeemed card from two and a half years ago! And when you try and locate support for redemptions on their website, it just loops you back to your redemption list. Not very helpful...

I emailed Yessica at [email protected] in mid January, they got back to me within 2 days and I had replacements mailed a couple weeks later. Should be getting them today or tomorrow, very helpful. Hope this helps you.

as i just posted in the S&T section, don't bother going the email route.i tried for over two years and got replies that lead to nothing getting accomplished.what worked for me was calling the customer service line (800) 852-8833.follow the prompts to speak to a rep, heres where it gets weird, you will then be put on hold which sounds like they hung up on you,but it's just the waiting line.i waited for 7 or so minutes and when i got a live person it took less than 2 minutes to get my redemption's replaced.

I emailed Christian - [email protected] a few months ago and got a replacement fairly quickly. Of course I got random Sedin cards which I already had, not the "I'll take any nice card of a vintage player" that I requested. Not to mention, I have no idea why Panini even planned to create the card in the first place (it was one of those 8-player sticker dump booklets when they were about to lose the license... why put a card on the checklist to use up stickers if you have no stickers for some of the players, yeesh). So yah, completely unimpressed, but at least I'm done with them.

To update this, I received the replacements today, and am thrilled with what they sent me, excellent CS as far as I am concerned.

My situation is really weird.A couple months
ago I had great success with Jesse Maclean. When
I got my latest redemption in hand I emailed
Jesse to see if it was in stock. Was told it wasn't,
asked for a replacement and all contact was lost.
Was almost as if it was decided we've dealt with you
once already,that's enough.

A couple years back I was having a terrible time getting through to Panini - over a span of 6 months I tried repeatedly to contact the CS guy who was "looking into" my case but no replies, I also tried emailing their generic CS email address as well as going through their web site, nada.

After 6 months of dozens of attempts to get a real response from someone, anyone... I added a bunch of email addresses to the list - it looks like Panini uses the generic first initial / lastname format, so I just googled all their head honchos from the CEO on down, and added what I guessed was their email addresses... put a "PLEASE RESPOND" in all caps in the email subject... I didn't get nasty or drop any swear words in the email, kept it polite albeit expressing my extreme displeasure at the poor customer service. Lo and behold I got a reply the very next day :)

I hope your redemption card is worth the agony of dealing with that circus. Glad I am squared up with them, never again.

I had great success with a Joe White ([email protected]) back in August after I spoke to him in person at the National in Atlantic City. Responded timely to all of my emails and FedEx'd out a great card. But after out correspondence I realized that I had forgot to include one card. The card in question is a Cam Fowler Contenders rookie, nothing big but I was holding out hope to get it for my set. I emailed afterwards and never got any sort of response.

I will be emailing every rep listed here and see how I make out. (I am not holding my breath)

I emailed 5 separate accounts again last night, and got a response from Joe White this morning. Said he would get my replacements taken care of by early next week. We shall see if that comes to fruition.

This email address gets returned as undeliverable:

Maribel Pineda ([email protected])

The rest make it through.

yeah, you could take her off the list as she was in charge of my 2 year debacle and i believe she no longer works at Panini.

I just used the phone number this morning. That seems to be the way to go because you can be assured of talking to someone. Like someone said, being on hold with them is complete silence, so I had to keep checking my phone to make sure the call was still active. It took about 8-10 minutes.

Once through, the woman just needed my redemption ticket number, confirmed my name/address and asked if I have any favorite players or teams. I said New Jersey. The redemption I've been waiting (2.5 years) for is just a 2011-12 Contenders RC auto of Devante Smith-Pelly, so it's not like I'll get something great back. But it was my last redemption in there and I just wanted to get it cleared. We'll see!

if anyone doesn't know what to ask for as far as redemptions go, I'm still searching for a bunch of Nathan Horton cards and could shoot you a list and we could work out a deal
