Going up for a guys weekend, am driving myself out, are there any stores I should hit on my way? I collect older-school stuff, would be more interested in a place that had that sort of stuff.

Any advice is appreciated.

I'm not in Toronto, but around a 20 minute ride on the 401 going east will get you to my shop,i have a lot of vintage hockey going back to 51/52,this month I sold 2 bobby hull rookies and a gordie howe.i'm in pickering at the pickering markets south on brock road- east on bayly,if you happen to make the hike out mention to me that your from the H.I. boards and I will give you a better rate.

401 games has a tonne of wax and is the cheapest in Toronto by a country mile.
Rednails is an option but I don't know how much older stuff they carry in stock.

Those are the top two I'd recommend.

Be safe, hit them all!

He has a point. If you are willing to drive an hour outside the city, this opens up your list of cardshops to visit. Blenheim is only about 3 hours away. You just have to hitch a ride with the local horse n buggie to get to see Scott. He has to use a hand crank to power the place. He is a big hit in the Amish circles around there LOLOLOLOOLOLOL

I have to say if you don't mind driving J&B Books in Trenton is phenomenal! I have had a ton of luck with them!! Really good guys too! About 1.5 hours from Toronto but definitely worth the drive in my opinion!

From Hockey to Hollywood is a great store to stop by and check out. They are located in the financial district just a few blocks from the Rogers Centre.

Like hobbytime said, Hockey to Hollywood is good. They'll have some old school stuff for sure. 401 Games doesn't have anything older at all. There are some good dealers at the the Toronto Card Show if you come the right weekend.
