can someone help me out?

After thinking it over a while, i have decided to try and start up a player collection. I figured i would like to do one of a veteran player and one of a recent/rookie player.

i still have no idea on the vet yet, but as for teh rookie i am going with Darren Helm. The question for you guys is since i am new to collecting a specif player. where can i get a full list of his released cards?

any one able to help?

There might be, including team issued or other oddball (international) cards, that don't appear on Beckett. But for the most part, they are pretty complete.

Go with that list and then just search ebay a couple times a week and you should be able to find pretty much everything

I would say contact anyone else who notes collecting Darren Helm in their sig, and ask them if they have a list. I can state with pretty good certainty that Beckett rarely has a truly complete list for any player, though that list is a good start.

I'd also say that if you plan to be anything approaching a completionist, stick with one player. If you don't plan to aim for "everything" then you can handle more than 1, but in these times of rookies having over 100 (or for some over 200) cards in one season, you can't have any expectation of being a completionist with more than one collection. Just my $0.02.

Great another Helm Collector. Glad I scooped up a bunch of his cards before the prices started to jump!!! Good luck on your collection. I'd wait a few weeks before buying his stuff since the prices are at a peak.
