Canadian buyers: want to save on outrageous shipping fees from American sellers?

Ryan could conceivably save you brokerage fees and applicable taxes, if he claims an amount below the threshold to which Customs usually applies them. For example, if you have him receive $500 worth of cards and only claim their value at $40, then you've likely saved yourself $65 in HST. The only problem is that lying about value is illegal and places any seller/deliverer in a bad spot.

Q is right, you don't want to risk it for large value purchases.

HOWEVER

This service will be great for items valued at <$50, when you don't have to lie but eBay still tacks on 20-45% more to for duties & "other fees" (ie. they pocket it all).

would be nice if I knew a way to save people on shipping...trying to sell some sets((100 card) on ebay...most will probably go to Canada(if they even sell) but I have my shipping set at 10.00 +2.00 each additional set to Canada.....

I hope they don't force you to use their shipping label
 
Need some help from a US member. The card ends tonight. Would prefer someone with a sniper program although if someone can be at the last minute that would be great too. Max bid will be around $40.

I would be willing to take over JohnnyDrama's clients at the same rate. Please PM me for details. I am already providing a service for over 15 people and willing to take on new members, especially since my costs to ship to Canada are $9.03 and $12.83 to ship up to 8 ounces respectively.

To put that in perspective, it would cost the exact same to ship one card or 40.

Each person will receive their very own card hold slot and I will ship whenever it is convenient for you. If you want to wait two weeks or a year it is up to you.
