could this be a Gaborik fake patch ?

HI, i am really nut sure if this patch is legit. I didnt see such Gaborik patch so far on any patch card from him.

Can somebody tell me if its legit or not?

I'm going to have to say this card is a fake, as it seems this seller has a somewhat "history" of selling fake patches.

I decided to look at his feedback ratings, and here are a couple of examples of negative feedback comments from people who bought from this seller (ebay Item # not visible)

Jan 5/09 - "the logopatch is fake"
Dec 23/09 - "This card was found to be fake by JSA/BGS, Buyer beware! Refund given"

I would have liked to see the item numbers for those auctions, but the comments speak for themselves.
As with this card, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is....and I have never seen that patch used on an UD product before.

And here is another warning sign which is an indication to stay away from buying this card.
The seller doesn't even know what he is selling...

That patch is 1. not to be found on a minnesota jersey 2. never seen on any other Gaborik or Wild cards and 3. waaaaaay waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too cheap to be on an NHL jersey
