Do You Believe In Miracles? YES!

Ok Ok, it's not a 1980 Olympic gamer. But, this will do just fine as I don't have a million dollars to spend on 1 jersey.... As soon as I saw this sweater, I had to have it for a couple reasons. 1. Obviously I will never own a real 1980 Olympic gamer, so getting one from the movie Miracle is about as close as I can get. 2. It is also from one of the most famous scenes ever; Again, Again, Again, come on Craig, blow the damn whistle, Again. 3. And, to make it even more desirable for me personally, the "actor" who played Phil Verchota in the movie, is not really an actor. He was a minor hockey player born and raised in Seattle, playing for the South Surrey Eagles of the BCHL, then playing college hockey for U. of Wisconsin/Superior, and then a brief stint with the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs of the CHL (not the CHL you're thinking of). After his hockey career ended in 2002, he came back to the Seattle area and has been at the association my son plays at, coaching, scouting, and starring in a pretty big movie. :beer:

Absolutely love it! Greatest sports movie ever made for the reason you mentioned about that character, real hockey players recreating the action. Super jersey, and the story behind it makes it a classic.
